The Brevard County Canvassing Board may convene at other times, or cancel meetings, as deemed necessary by the Board.
PLEASE NOTE: The Supervisor of Elections Office will be processing Mail Ballots on the following dates:
October 17th – 20th at 9:00 a.m.; October 21st at 9:00 a.m. (ballot duplication only); October 25th – 27th at 9:00 a.m.;
October 28th at 9:00 a.m. (ballot duplication only); October 31st – November 3rd at 9:00 a.m. (mail ballot processing and duplication); November 4th at 9:00 a.m. (ballot duplication only); November 7th and November 8th at 9:00 a.m. are scheduled for mail ballot processing & duplication

All Canvassing Board Meetings will be held at the Election Support Center, 525 N. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32934. Meetings are open to the public, political parties, candidates, and press.

The Brevard County Canvassing Board is comprised of County Court Judge Kenneth Friedland, County Commissioner Kristine Zonka, and Supervisor of Elections Tim Bobanic. Alternates: County Court Judge David Koenig, Danielle Stern, and Chuck Nelson.
NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations to participate in these proceedings should email SOE@VoteBrevard.gov, call (321) 690-6833, or FAX (321) 428-4972 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

This notice, which is pursuant to Florida Statutes 101.5612(2), 101.68(2)(a), 101.5614, 101.5614(4)(a), 101.048, 102.141, 101.591, 286.0105, and 286.26, has been posted on the front door of all Election Offices, on the www.VoteBrevard.gov website and published in the Florida Today Newspaper.
