March 7, 2022 9:00 a.m. Canvass Mail Ballots (If needed)
March 8, 2022 7:00 p.m. Canvass Election Day Returns & Mail Ballots
March 10, 2022 5:00 p.m. Canvass Uncured Mail and Provisional Ballots
** If a recount is not required:
Certify Official Election Results, Complete Conduct of Election
March 15, 2022 9:00 a.m. ** If a recount is required:
Conduct a Machine Recount; Complete the 2nd Unofficial Election Results; Conduct a Manual Recount ( if required), Certify Official Election Results, Complete Conduct of Election
March 15, 2022 9:00 a.m. ** Conduct the Post-Election Audit if a recount is not required

PLEASE NOTE: The Supervisor of Elections Office will be processing and/or duplicating Mail Ballots on the following dates :
February 23rd at 9:00 a.m.; March 1st - March 4th at 9:00 a.m.; March 7th - March 8th at 9:00 a.m.; March 8th at 1:00 p.m.

The Brevard County Canvassing Board may convene at other times, or cancel meetings, as deemed necessary by the Board.

All Canvassing Board Meetings will be held at the Election Support Center, 525 N. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32934. Meetings are open to the public, political parties, candidates and press.

The Brevard County Canvassing Board is comprised of County Court Judge Kenneth Friedland, County Commissioner Kristine Zonka, and Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott. 

NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

This notice, which is pursuant to Florida Statutes 101.5612(2), 101.68(2)(a), 101.5614, 101.5614(4)(a), 101.048, 102.141, 101.591, 286.0105, and 286.26, has been posted on the front door of all Election Offices, on the www.VoteBrevard.gov website and published in the Florida Today Newspaper.
