Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott Provides Election Related Information for the 2022 City of Palm Bay Special Election
Viera, FL – Feb. 7, 2022 – A Special Election to fill the vacancy for the City of Palm Bay Council, Seat 5, will be held on Tuesday, March 8th. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. All registered voters whose residential address falls within the City of Palm Bay are eligible to vote in this election.
Domestic mail ballots were sent on February 3rd and the Military and Overseas mail ballots were sent in January. Voters have until 5:00 p.m. on February 26th to request a mail ballot if they are not already on the mail ballot request list. Drop boxes are available to return voted mail ballots at all four Supervisor of Elections Offices from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day (March 8th). Mail Ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections by 7:00 p.m. on Election Night.

Sample ballots for the 2022 City of Palm Bay Special Election are available on VoteBrevard.gov and will also be mailed to voters the week of February 21st.
Per Florida Statute, a Logic & Accuracy test of the election equipment will take place on February 21st at the Election Support Center, located at 525 N. John Rodes Blvd. in Melbourne beginning at 9:00 a.m.
