Please note: Florida is a closed primary state. During a Primary Election, voters will receive a ballot listing the candidates corresponding to the political party affiliation they have selected on their Voter Registration Application. Only voters registered as a Democrat or a Republican before book closing on February 18th are eligible to vote in this election.  Per Florida Law, Presidential candidates who suspend or end their campaign after the deadline to formally withdraw their candidacy in Florida (December 9, 2019) must remain on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot.
