PLEASE NOTE: The Supervisor of Elections Office will be processing Mail Ballots on the following dates:

  • October 18th – 19th at 9:00 a.m.
  • October 20th (ballot duplication only) at 9:00 a.m.
  • October 23rd– 26th at 9:00 a.m.
  • October 27th (ballot duplication only) at 9:00 a.m.
  • October 31st – November 2nd at 9:00 a.m.
  • November 3rd (ballot duplication only) at 9:00 a.m.
  • November 6th at 9:00 a.m. 
  • November 7th at 1:00 p.m. (includes duplication)

The Brevard County Canvassing Board may convene at other times, or cancel meetings, as deemed necessary by the Board.


All Canvassing Board Meetings will be held at the Election Support Center, 525 N. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32934. Meetings are open to the public, political parties, candidates, and press.


NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.

This notice, which is pursuant to Florida Statutes 101.5612(2), 101.68(2)(a), 101.5614, 101.5614(4)(a), 101.048, 102.141, 101.591, 286.0105, and 286.26, has been posted on the front door of all Election Offices and on the www.VoteBrevard.gov website listed under Election Public Notices in the News and Notices tab.
