Conduct a Machine Recount for State Representative District 33 and City of Cape Canaveral City Council Member

Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Tim Bobanic announces that the Brevard County Canvassing Board will meet at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 10^th, at the Election Support Center located at 525 N. John Rodes Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32934 to conduct a machine recount for State Representative District 33 and City of Cape Canaveral City Council Member.

The Board’s meeting agenda will include the following:

• Conduct a machine recount for State Representative, District 33
• Conduct a machine recount for City of Cape Canaveral City Council Member
• If the machine recount results in a margin of 0.25% or less, a manual recount will be ordered
  • The manual recount will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11^th and continue through November 12^th if necessary

Notice is hereby given that the machine and manual recounts will be conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes 102.141(7) and Florida Administrative Rule 1S-2.031.

All Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.
