NOTICE is hereby given by the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Office that signature update forms and voter registration applications are available at all four administrative offices in Brevard County;

Titusville (400 S. Street, Suite 1-F)

Viera (2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C)

Melbourne (1515 Sarno Road, Building A)

Palm Bay (450 Cogan Drive, SE)

Your signature and contact information are very important! The signature on your mail ballot or provisional ballot must match the signature on your voter registration record. If your signature does not match, my office will attempt to notify you by email, text, telephone and first-class mail using the contact information listed on your voter registration record.

Please ensure your voter information is current and you have provided all applicable contact information. Your current contact information can be updated on the website.

Voters with name changes, party changes or address changes should complete a new application. Voter Registration applications are available on the website: VoteBrevard.com
