The Supervisor of Elections Office will be processing Mail Ballots and scanning them into the tabulation & audit systems, as well as duplication, on the dates listed below. Please note: All scanning of Mail Ballots in the tabulation & audit systems is done in advance of conducting the post-election audit. All Canvassing Board Meetings will be held at the Election Support Center, 525 N. John Rodes Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32934. Meetings are open to the public, political parties, candidates, and press. NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
