The Brevard County Supervisor of Elections offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day and will re-open on Tuesday, May 26 at 8:00 am.

Governor DeSantis has signed HB 1D into law, which establishes new congressional districts for the state. Brevard County remains congressional district 8 and is not affected by the redistricting maps created by the recent legislation.

NOTICE TO DEMOCRATIC VOTERS IN PRECINCT 237

A candidate in the race for the office of Precinct Committeeman has withdrawn resulting in an unopposed candidate race.

Any vote cast will not change the outcome as the remaining person is deemed by law to be elected for that race.
