Voter Registration Applications received by mail must be postmarked on or before the July 26 deadline. July 26 is also the last day for voters to change their political party affiliation before the Primary. As a reminder, Florida is a closed-primary state which means in partisan primary elections, voters can only vote in the races of the party reflected on their voter registration.
