Ballot Information
Building Height Restriction. City Charter - Sec. 7.06 of Article VII, Planning and Zoning, shall state: No structure, no part of any structure, and no attachment to any structure shall be erected to a height of greater than eighty five (85) feet above mean sea level. Those parts of any ordinances in conflict with the Section are hereby repealed.
