Supervisor of Elections Tim Bobanic Donates School Supplies to Benefit Brevard County Students

Melbourne, FL – July 20, 2026 – The Brevard County Supervisor of Elections office partnered with Supply Zone for Teachers to serve as drop-off locations for back-to-school donations from June 22 – July 10, 2026. The school supplies collected will benefit disadvantaged students in Brevard’s public schools. This annual effort is organized by Supply Zone for Teachers, a service of the Brevard Schools Foundation.

“For children to be able to succeed in school they shouldn’t have to worry about things like whether or not they have a pencil for their math class. My team and I are so pleased to be a part of helping ensure students have the necessary tools for their educational journey,” said Supervisor Tim Bobanic.

Brevard Schools Foundation plans to provide approximately 2,000 new backpacks filled with school supplies to families who cannot afford to purchase their own.
