Supervisor of Elections Office Closures
Due to Tropical Storm Nicole

Statutorily mandated conduct of election functions will still take place


Melbourne, FL – Nov. 8, 2022 – As a result of county office closures due to Tropical Storm Nicole, the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 9th and Thursday, November 10th. The four administrative offices will remain closed on Friday, November 11th in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. All offices will reopen on Monday, November 14th at 8:00am.

The statutorily mandated duties of the office for the 2022 General Election must still be conducted, despite the county office closures. Voters have until 5:00 p.m. on November 10th to submit their Mail Ballot Signature Affidavit Form and a copy of their identification. Voters can submit their information as follows:

Drop-off in person: Election Support Center located at 525 John Rodes Blvd. in Melbourne on Wednesday, November 9th from 8:00am to noon.

For provisional ballot voters, voters have until 5:00 p.m. on November 10th to provide evidence of their eligibility to vote and/or submit their Provisional Ballot Signature Affidavit Form and a copy of their identification. Voters can submit their information as follows:
